In the village of Klobuk near Ljubuški, in the hamlet of Šiljevište, lies the birthplace of the servant of God, Petar Barbarić.
The grandson of Petar’s brother, Stanko, thoroughly renovated Petar’s birth house and built a series of accompanying facilities, enriching this picturesque area and turning it into an oasis of tranquility and prayer, which has been visited numerous pilgrims for years.
Petar Barbarić’s birth house has been transformed into a small chapel, and on the upper floor, there is a small local collection.
In front of the house, there is a beautiful garden, and a large avenue of trees leads to the building itself.
